"bricks on your balls"

today i woke up this morning with the monthly cramps. i thought this was normal but the pain persisted to the point where i was turning hot and cold, shivering, had difficulty controlling my breathing, loss the color of my face and my hands and feet started to tingle. it felt so nauseating, i couldn't believe that trying to find a comfortable position on the bed was so hard! agonising, i just couldn't suck up this pain.

my mother called the nurse-on-call services and the people were really nice. they asked me all sorts of funny questions like;

"are you pregnant?"
"are you on the pill?"
"used a contraceptive?"
"drank recently?"
"got herpes?"

and finally,
"ARE YOU SEXUALLY ACTIVE?!"

"LOL NO!"

the pain lessened with medication and a hot water bottle. i have never been in this state before o.o' though, the thing you should know about me is that i hardly get sick, but when i do, it's lethal.

for example, the last fever in november i had triggered back my hay fever -.-, the fever before that 2 years ago generated a temperature of 38 degrees celsius.

sigh* this meant that i had to miss out on tutor. i rolled around in bed tired and miserable and decided to give my kids a call. judy was being a good friend and sent me my homework, lilian was being very comforting and telling me to eat porridge, lucinda yelled at me for drinking overdue tea and explaining period pains to andy was like having "bricks on your balls" poor baby, he told me that the girls were hurting his head today too naws x3

i miss them so much :'( i'm feeling a bit better now, more alert and less tired i suppose. sucks being a girl doesn't it ey? my grandpa came into the room smiling "better now?" and my grandma was re-analysing my diet.

"she's been eating way too much korean noodles!"

aw man, no more noodles!! :(
