i'm really loving this weather. take a look outside at this time, the sky is gray and i've transferred from shorts to my long pyjama pants that my grandma made for me. they're kind of loose since the elastic has weared out so i have to roll them up several times. mr. winter, do you mind coming early for me?
i opened a can of coles lemonade, took a sip of it and placed it back in the fridge. i probably won't touch it until night time, but by then, it'll just be sugar water. i only wanted it because it sat in the fridge for a while and the burning sensation of liquid down your throat when you first open it is irresistable.
i have rain bi's love song on repeat. if you looked up the term "thrust" in the dictionary, you'd find him there.
term 2 starts in 3 days.
my psychology sac starts in 4 days.
the mid term exam starts in 8 weeks.
there are 28 weeks of school left to go.
term 2 is usually the longest and the hardest since it consists of 11 weeks but we have one week off for exams. so it's technically 10 weeks right? just like term 1. then it'll be term 3..then a few more weeks left and it's crunch time.
i'll throw in formal talk too. it's formal frenzy at school, i guess that's some kind of reward for me after term 2. it'll be the first time to look pretty and get all dressed up for one night and i'm pretty excited. i'll get to hold the glass like they do on titanic and speak and look as if though i was born with a spoon in my mouth!
i'm going back to life without the internet and mostly social networking sites. gah, they've ruined me but they won't ruin my future! wait does that even make sense? the future is me. so if i'm ruined..facebook will not ruin my future that's for sure.
if you want to achieve something, then why not work for it? i want to be that daughter that my mum can boast to others that she got a score of X and now she's in X doing X. i don't want to dissapoint her that's all. i guess after this year, there will be some relief from my parents. they don't have to pay for tutor anymore and they don't have to always worry what score i'll get and everything.
so if i work well, they won't have to stress anymore and worse, if i don't then the stress continues. you only get one chance at vce. yeah, i know about those adult vce classes but i don't really want to be stuck in one while all my other friends are at uni. i'd be burdened.
"i am in fear of vce :("
"-_-'; Don't be silly. You'll waste time being afraid of the things you are capable of doing.
And I know you are capable at school, even if I haven't seen you in years. The exam questions are generally not impossible to answer, except for the few odd questions - those are designed to single out Premier's Award winners. That's not worth worrying. What you have to worry about is whether or not you are organised - i.e., covered all the content and are prepared to solve problems. If you don't, it simply means you are NOT organised."
this came from a guy who got a ENTER of 94 who i haven't seen in 7 years.
in yr 12, the opportunity to be awesome is staring right in front of me. i've got to grab hold on it.
